Estos son los ingredientes de las migas:
                         



1. 550 gr de pan duro.
2. 350 gr de agua.
3. 8 dientes de ajos sin pelar.
4. Sal, una cucha de postre.
5. Panceta y chorizo.
6. 100 gr de aceite de oliva.
